Who We Are

A Special Kind of Caring

When further treatment is no longer the right answer, Hospice can provide new hope for a comfortable, peaceful, and dignified end of life.

We focus on the patient’s goals and wishes at all times. Whether they choose to die in restful solitude or surrounded by loved ones, at home, at the Ida Emmerson Hospice House, or in a hospital,

hospice care is always patient-centered.

Our staff is always available to answer any questions you may have about our services, eligibility, how Hospice is paid for, or to schedule a free consultation.

We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our Vision

We envision a community in which no one dies alone or afraid and all who grieve are comforted.

"You matter because you are you, and you matter until the last moment of your life.  We will do all we can do not only to help you die peacefully but to live until you die."

- Dame Cicely Saunders, founder of the hospice movement
