By honoring a special person in your life, you are helping patients and their families receive compassionate hospice and palliative care, as well as grief support services.
Names of those honored and remembered will be displayed in the Chapel at Hospice of Humboldt from mid-December through the New Year and shared during the Candle Lighting & Remembrance Ceremony.
A full-page listing of names will also appear in the North Coast Journal on Wednesday, December 18th, shared on this webpage and on our Facebook page.
To be included in the ceremony and public recognition, names must be received by November 22.

Candle Lighting & Remembrance Ceremony

We invite you to an evening of music, words of comfort, and candle lighting in memory of those you hold dear.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a photo or memento to display during the ceremony.
