Names of those honored and remembered will be on display in the Chapel at Hospice of Humboldt from mid-December through the new year and shared during the Candle Lighting & Remembrance Ceremony.

A full-page listing of names will also appear in the Times-Standard Newspaper on Sunday, December 17th and shared on this page and  our Facebook page.

Deadline for names of honorees to be included in Ceremony and display: November 18th.

With your donation, receive an approximately 3.5” ready-to-hang, hand-blown glass keepsake. This beautiful adornment was crafted by renowned local artist,Topher Reynolds. This is a perfect way to honor someone special in your life. Each keepsake comes in a gift box, with a personalized name tag and strung with ribbon.

Personalized Brick
$350 donation

Celebrate someone important to you with an everlasting commemorative brick to be placed along the Heart of Hospice path. Names of loved ones and esteemed businesses form a peaceful path, winding through the beautiful Hospice of Humboldt campus. With your donation to Hospice, a brick will be engraved to your specifications.

Brick orders must be received by March 31, 2024 to be included in the 2024 installation.

Celebrate loved ones - including furry family members - with an everlasting tribute to be placed on the beautiful Hospice of Humboldt campus.

With your donation, each gift will be personalized to your specifications.

Candle Lighting & Remembrance Ceremony

Wednesday, December 6th
5:30 p.m. at Hospice of Humboldt.

We invite you to join us for music, words of comfort, and to light a candle for a life that you hold close to your heart.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a photo or memento to display during the ceremony.

Names of those honored and remembered will be on display at the event and in the Hospice of Humboldt chapel from mid-December through the new year.

A full page listing of names will be in the Times-Standard Newspaper on Sunday, December 17th.

Deadline to submit names is November 18th.
