The north coast’s only specialized end of life care facility, the Ida Emmerson Hospice House, opened in October of 2016.

Set in beautiful redwoods and surrounded by serene landscaping, this inpatient facility provides acute and residential care for hospice patients who cannot remain at home due to caregiver limitations or acute symptoms.  

 

The hospice house offers a comfortable and home-like environment for family and friends to visit patients 24 hours a day.
