About the Event
We invite you to explore and express the complex emotions of grief in a supportive, artistic environment in this three-hour Creative Arts Workshop.
We will process both joyful and difficult memories using art. For some, this may mean honoring cherished moments, while for others, it may involve symbolically releasing the weight of painful experiences. This workshop offers a unique opportunity to engage with your grief and memories through creativity whether you're holding on to comfort or seeking release.
