PATIENT CENTERED CARE. Hospice focuses on the patient's goals and wishes at all times. Whether he or she chooses to die in restful solitude or surrounded by loved ones, at home or in a hospital, Hospice care is always patient-centered.
CLINICAL EXPERTISE. Our Medical Director and our Nursing Staff have specialized training in comfort care and end of life symptom management. Our Medical Social Workers provide support and practical information on issues facing families when a loved one is dying. Our Spiritual Counselors provide solace and a listening heart to all patients, of every denomination, who wish it.
